British full-custom superyacht tender builder, Falcon Tenders, is delighted to announce its win at the BOAT International Design and Innovation Awards 2025 in Kitzbühel scooping the coveted award for Tender of the Year — Limousine for Project KD.

Falcon Tenders was one of five finalists selected for the enclosed limousine tender category. According to the judges, Project KD came out on top for its “exemplary craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, versatile fore and aft boarding options and an ergonomic cockpit that prioritises navigation and safety, offering a high-quality user experience.”

The judges noted the tender’s dedication to guest comfort, saying, “The integration of a Seakeeper stabiliser ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests,” while guest experience is again accentuated inside with a glass roof and hull and deck side windows. The judges were also impressed by the technical areas that are easily serviced thanks to dual engine room hatches.

Project KD — a 9.75m limousine tender — was commissioned by the owner of 64m Sanlorenzo Project KD, who took receipt of the delivery in April 2024. Project managed by Superyacht Tenders and Toys and featuring naval architecture by AllSeas Design, Project KD possesses revolutionary exterior laser lighting from Fibr8 and a light-filled interior with cream Italian leather upholstery, a polished marble floor, two glass skylights and stainless steel finishes with spotlighting. The yacht’s ‘KD’ initials are laid into the tender’s teak exterior decking.

The judges listed Project KD’s high-end paintwork, premium interior finishes and stylish lighting plan as other winning factors that made the gorgeous custom build stand out from the tender crowd.
